StashMuse workbooks are digital files delivered after Stripe confirms payment.
What is delivered
Each purchase supplies one ZIP containing the advertised US Letter PDF, A4 PDF, and personal-use license. Nothing is shipped physically.
Download problems
If the paid download is missing, damaged, materially different from the product description, or cannot be opened with ordinary PDF software, contact StashMuse with the Stripe receipt. StashMuse will provide a working replacement or an appropriate refund.
Change-of-mind requests
Because access to the complete digital files is provided immediately, change-of-mind refunds are considered case by case. This does not limit any mandatory consumer right that applies where the buyer lives.
Duplicate purchases
If the same customer accidentally buys the same workbook twice, contact StashMuse with both Stripe receipt references so the duplicate can be reviewed.
Refunded downloads
When Stripe records a full refund, the original secure download link stops serving the product file.
